- Shipping is free on every order, in Israel and worldwide.
- Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order and personalized pieces may require additional production time.
- Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, or local postal delays.
Customs & Import Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
- These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Jewelry Care
To help preserve the beauty of your jewelry:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.
- Store pieces in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time and can be gently polished when needed.

- Our jewelry is handcrafted using carefully selected metals including sterling silver, solid gold, and other materials as specified for each piece.
- Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, finish, and appearance are part of the design and make each item unique.
Warranty & Repairs
- If your jewelry requires repair due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, or damage caused by third parties are not covered.
- Repair options may be available for a reasonable service fee depending on the nature of the repair.

Each piece is handcrafted in our studio using traditional jewelry-making techniques. Small variations and subtle differences are a natural part of the handmade process and reflect the individuality of each piece. They are not considered defects, but part of what makes handmade jewelry special.
